I understand that, as a user or data examiner of any SRVUSD data system (including the Infinite Campus student information system), I may see data that are for official SRVUSD purposes only and that may be beyond the scope of my normal job responsibilities.  I understand that I must maintain the highest of professional and ethical standards in relation to all SRVUSD data. 

I understand that I must follow SRVUSD BP 4142, which specifies that "classified, confidential, sensitive, proprietary or private information or data must not be disseminated to unauthorized persons or organizations."  I agree to not disclose the contents of SRVUSD data to other individuals or entities inside or outside of the SRVUSD except for those instances where doing so is in the normal scope of my job or at the explicit direction of SRVUSD Management.

Your regular SRVUSD network login name and password are used to access Infinite Campus.  All user activity is logged for security purposes.  Remember, DO NOT share your login and password with anyone, even temporarily!  Protect it as you would your Social Security Number.
