Hours of Operation

The Warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Deliveries are accepted from 7:15 am to 2:30 pm daily.

Welcome to the Warehouse!

The SRVUSD Warehouse provides the following vital services to the district: 

Receiving and Delivery of School supplies
Items on purchase requisitions that start at a school site ultimately arrive at the Warehouse after passing through many hands at the local site, purchasing department, and vendor. Warehouse staff carefully check all incoming deliveries for accuracy before their delivery to the original requester. If merchandise is incomplete or incorrect, they make appropriate calls to rectify the error. During the summer the Warehouse is often "stuffed" as supplies are ordered in anticipation for the new school year. Most of these supplies are delivered to school sites just prior to the opening of school at the end August. 
 
Food Service Delivery
Every school day the trucks roll from the Warehouse to Food Services and then to local schools with food for lunches in time for hungry students.
 
InterDistrict Mail
The district's inter school mail is also handled by warehouse personnel. There is an efficient sorting room at the warehouse that receives the daily mail bags picked up at each site or department. Mail needing US postage is run through the meter and sent on its way while inter-school communications are sorted and bagged to be delivered to their proper destination with only a one day turn around.
 
Distribution of Surplus Equipment
Contribution of supplies and equipment come in often from local businesses and school sites. Purchasing in conjunction with Warehouse staff inventories these items and notifies school sites of their availability. Then, when requested by a site administrator, they are delivered ASAP

Warehouse Forms

The most recent and up-to-date Warehouse forms are available for site use. To access these forms please visit our Warehouse locker, located on this webpage. Below are descriptions of the forms for your convenience:

Computer Support and Warehouse Equipment Tracking : This form is updated weekly and allows sites to view the status of thier items in computer support being etched and imaged and when they are delivered to the school sites.

Warehouse Requisition: Use this form to complete your Warehouse stores orders. Once complete submit either by fax or save and email to the warehouse.

Warehouse Stores Catalog: This catalog is regularly updated, so be sure you are utilizing the most current version. This catalog includes all stores items in our warehouse and a separate tab for Duplicating forms.

Request to Return to Vendor: This form is to be used when your site needs to return items, purchased with a purchase order to the vendor. Please contact Deanne Lashin at 925-824-1834 to schedule your return pick up.

Warehouse Stores Inventory Reduced - District moves to

In an attempt to reduce costs associated with stores inventory, the Warehouse will no longer be stocking specific items identified in the "Stores Catalog JIT conversion" spreadsheet found in the forms locker on this webpage. An Office Depot catalog specific to the referenced Office Depot items on the  spreadsheet went out via District mail on 4/18/11.  The spreadsheet provides sites with the information to purchase these via PO or through Office Depot online. Most of these items are less expensive and can be delivered next day, making the items your site needs more accessible, affordable and delivered on any day, not just your site delivery day.

As we review additional items, updated spreadsheets will be distributed. A copy of this spreadsheet can also be found on this webpage in the form locker to the left.
