Summer Access to Learning Applications moving to Classlink
Applications in the Clever portal this summer will be available via a new platform called Classlink.
Students may use this link to access learning applications over this summer: classlink.srvusd.net
Students enrolled in a summer school program will have access to the summer school applications via Classlink.

- Summer access to all apps in Classlink will end on July 25 in order to prepare for the fall opening.

Expectations for student device replacements - end of school year and summer
Often at the end of the year and into the summer, we get multiple requests for student device replacements. During school sessions, students actively enrolled will receive replacement devices in accordance with our regular/timeline:
Requests submitted before 10am - Delivery the same day by 3:00pm to the school
Requests submitted after 10am - Delivery no later than the following school day by 3:00pm
This same delivery/fulfillment guarantee will be applied for students enrolled in Summer Session.
For students not actively enrolled in summer session but requesting a replacement device over the summer, these timelines may be extended and pick up locations will vary due to school closures, etc.
Students who request replacement devices the last week of school (5/29-6/1/23) will be delayed due to end of the year programs, events and collections. Although we aim to meet the standard delivery timeline, please allow a 1-3 day turnaround during this period.
Please encourage students who have devices that are not working properly to submit their requests before the last week of school. This will ensure our teams can fulfill the requests quickly before school ends.
