2016-2017
Clearly and effectively communicate, our vision for success…
- Build relationships and trust while being visible with emphasis on gathering feedback via 2-waycommunication.
- Emphasize each student’s personal and academic continuous growth while eliminating barriers to success via Framework for Excellence.
- Support the overall well-being of each student, all staff and parents.
- Continually evaluate results and cautiously allocate resources that lead to ongoing improvement.
2017-2018
Clearly and effectively communicate and execute our Framework for Excellence, with a customer service mindset, while holding ourselves accountable as leaders.
- Offer a cohesive curriculum, instruction and assessment program aligned to State Standards with an emphasis on each student’s personal and academic growth while eliminating barriers.
- Deliberately prioritize and provide a world-class education where our focus on Inclusion, Cultural Responsiveness and Response to Intervention ensures that each student, employee and family feels safe and respected.
- Expand opportunities for student, family and staff choice, improve student wellness, and enhance staff working conditions while potentially saving the district millions of dollars.
- Continually evaluate results and cautiously allocate resources that lead to ongoing improvement.
2018-2019
Clearly and effectively communicate in support of the execution of our Framework for Excellence, with a customer service mindset, while holding ourselves accountable as leaders.
- Deliberately prioritize and provide a world-class education where our focus on Safety, Mental Wellness,Inclusion, Cultural Responsiveness and Response to Intervention ensures that each student, employee and family feels safe and respected.
- In partnership with employee groups, parents and community, offer a cohesive curriculum, instruction and assessment program aligned to State Standards with an emphasis on each student’s personal and academic growth while eliminating barriers.
- Continue to expand TK-12 opportunities for student, family and staff options, improve student social/emotional learning and positive educational experience, and enhance staff working conditions while not spending additional general fund dollars.
- Continually evaluate results and cautiously allocate resources that lead to ongoing improvement.
2019-20
In partnership with employee groups, students, parents and communities, we will effectively communicate and implement our Framework for Excellence, with a focus on a customer service mindset, equity for all, and accountability as leaders.
Multi-Tiered System of Support to Ensure that Each Student Reaches High Levels of Success
- Social Emotional Learning: Prioritize the social emotional health and well-being of our students through a focus on safety, mental wellness and cultural responsiveness, to ensure that each student feels safe, secure, and respected in the least restrictive and most inclusive setting.
- Academic Excellence: Ensure each student learns at high levels by providing equitable access to a current, relevant and world-class curriculum and quality instruction that is responsive to meaningful assessment.
- Personalized Learning: Continue to expand learner-centered experiences, opportunities and options for students and families while providing equitable access and eliminating barriers.
Respectful Learning & Working Environment
- Provide safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments in which employees and students feel valued and are engaged in meaningful collaboration focused on the Multi-Tiered System of Support and continuous improvement.

- Continue to evaluate results and cautiously allocate resources with a commitment to ongoing improvement.
