Substitute Web Based System

SmartFindExpress

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District has implemented SmartFindExpress (SFE), an on-line alternative to the substitute calling system. Substitutes can now review and accept substitute jobs through SFE. Teachers may record their absence and request a substitute through SFE.

As a substitute: To use SFE, you will need to know your Access ID/User ID number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you are having difficulties logging in or have forgotten your Access ID/User ID, please email Michele Jajeh at mjajeh@srvusd.net.

As a teacher: To use SFE, you will need to know your Access ID/User ID number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you are having difficulties logging in or have forgotten your Access ID/User ID, please contact your school office manager.

Please note: The system will not allow zero to be the first number in either your Access ID or your PIN.

For those who prefer, all services available through SFE will continue to be available by phone at (925) 820-3044.
