For a special occasion or to recognize an achievement, schools can request to have a pizza party during the regularly scheduled lunchtime. The menu includes a freshly baked pizza from our local pizzeria, baby carrots, fresh fruit, ranch dipping sauce, and milk. The meal can be delivered to a specific location in the school, such as a classroom. Grade level and school wide parties can be offered on a limited basis.

The order must be submitted at least four weeks in advance. 

The meal is provided free of charge to the school as long as students are served the complete menu and served during the regular school lunch time.

 

PTA/PTOs and other community organizations can order freshly baked pizzas (delivered hot), baguette sandwiches, caesar salads, fresh fruit, and cookies to be delivered to events occurring after-school. This is for events occurring 30 minutes after school is out and during the weekdays. 

The order must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.

 

School wide BBQs can be held if requested at least three months in advance. The menu items available are: beef and vegetarian burgers, pasture raised, nitrate free hot dogs, potato salad or other side vegetable, fresh fruit, and milk. Parents and Caregivers can also participate in the meal if the school can collect the funds and then make a payment or journal transfer to Child Nutrition. 

 

School staff can order meals for staff meetings, special events, or other occasions where meals are needed. Here is a list of our catering menu as well as cost. Please contact Child Nutrition if you have a special event that needs more tailored menu items, please note, these will be higher in cost.  

 

Both breakfast and lunch are required to be offered for students to request when going on a field trip. School staff or classroom teacher need to submit the request below at least one month ahead of time. School staff can review the details on our SRVUSD Intranet site.
