At the meeting held on August 16, 2022, the Board of Education adopted an increase to the Level 1 School Facility/Development Impact Fees for Residential and Commercial/Industrial construction. The increase becomes effective on October 15, 2022.
Residential will be $4.79 per sq. ft.
Commerical/Industrial/Senior will be $.78
