Flyer distribution is turned off for the summer from June 8 - August 16th.


Flyer submission will re-open on August 12 for an August 16 distribution.

SRVUSD distributes all outside organization flyers on Friday. 
We do not distribute flyers over any breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring, and Summer). 
Please allow up to 72 business hours for the district office to approve or deny your flyer for Friday distribution.


SRVUSD cooperates with school or community partner groups (as noted below) and government organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/ enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we utilize electronic flyer delivery. Flyers are distributed through email and posted to a webpage. The following information provides instructions and the protocols for using the Peachjar electronic flyer system.

Approval Parameters

Requests for flyer distribution by all outside organizations must be approved by the SRVUSD Communication Department. Flyers submitted directly to the school sites will be referred to the District Office. Flyers are distributed electronically on Fridays. Peachjar may charge a fee for this service. In order to be eligible to use the Peachjar system, organizations must:
  • Be designated as a local 501(c)(3) charitable organization or a local tax exempt non-profit with a valid tax ID. All sign-ups or registrations must be done exclusively through the non-profit organization and not a for-profit partner or subsidiary
  • Be a local non-profit school or community partner including, but not limited to, PTA, SRVEF, Booster Clubs, Traffix, Town of Danville, City of San Ramon, Youth Athletics, Scouting Troops, Faith-Based organizations, and the Discovery Counseling Center
    • Local includes: Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Lafayette, or Walnut Creek
  • Agree to let Peachjar place the following disclaimer on the flyer (exact wording): This program is not sponsored by the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.  Approval to distribute flyers is a community service and does not imply endorsement.
Event or information must be intended as a service directly for SRVUSD students, or for their families/caregivers to indirectly benefit their students (for example, a program providing financial advice for adults does not fit within these parameters; a program that offers adults tips for how to encourage good study habits for their students, does fit in these parameters).
Events must not directly conflict with SRVUSD programs.
All flyers must be approved by SRVUSD, which retains the sole right to approve flyers.
SRVUSD reserves the right to request flyer edits before they are approved for distribution.
SRVUSD reserves the right to limit the number of vendor submissions within a 28 day period.
SRVUSD reserves the right to approve flyers from local faith-based partners that may be of interest to students and families, however, do not promote the specific beliefs of any faith-based organization.
Approval of a flyer does not imply SRVUSD endorsement of any identified product and/or service
Flyers will not be approved for:
  • Events/offerings that are associated with for-profit services
  • Events/offerings with sign-up, registration, or other call-to-actions that are done through a for-profit partner or subsidiary of a non-profit organization
  • Organizations that claim non-profit status under the umbrella of a parent organization
  • Organizations with addresses listed on their non-profit or 501(c)(3) tax ID outside of Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Lafayette, or Walnut Creek
To request flyer approval, follow the steps below.  Once approved, the flyer will be emailed to parents and posted online.  Paper flyers will not be distributed.  
  • Ensure that your flyer meets the SRVUSD Flyer Approval requirements above.
  • Go to
  • Register with Peachjar
  • Select desired schools
  • Upload your flyer to Peachjar for approval
The flyer will automatically be submitted to the District for review and approval. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards described above. Flyers must be submitted by Thursday at 5 p.m. for consideration of release on Friday.
Enrichment and partner community organizations are subject to Peachjar’s service fee when a flyer is posted to promote an activity or event with a participation fee. Peachjar's service fee also applies to activities that are held without charge but may entice participants to join a fee-based program or purchase products or services (e.g. a soccer league that offers free clinics). 

Instructions for Schools

Individual schools may only post flyers for their site that promote information and events related to:


  • School
  • Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs),
  • The San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (and its affiliates)
  • Booster Clubs
Each school site has its own Peachjar administrator who uploads these flyers. Please contact your school office if your flyer falls under one of the categories above.
All other requests should be forwarded to for district approval.
