Global Virus Pass Instructions
Registration for an appointment will occur through the Global Virus Pass (GVP) system. 
Before creating an account:
Do not download the GVP mobile app. You should open GVP in your web browser only using the "Create Account" link above.
Create your account (one-time step):
Click “Join”
Enter your email address, first name, and last name
Create a password then click Create Account
You will be sent an email to confirm your account
Confirm account via email and log in.
Once logged in, click on your email address in the upper right and select My Profile
Complete your information as requested in the General Information and Insurance Information tabs
Click “My Circle,” then click Insert to add any family members who may also receive COVID-19 testing.
Once all family members have been added, click confirm.
Once your account is created you can make an appointment by accessing the GVP dashboard, selecting "My Schedule" and searching by Facility (enter the name of the test location).
By signing up through Global Virus Pass (GVP), the patient will not need to bring anything with them the day of testing.
The patient will provide the technician with their name and verify their date of birth at the time of testing. The confirmation email can also be shared with the technician.
If you arrive to the test site without a prior appointment scheduled,  a QR code is available that you can scan to schedule your test for that day onsite.
Results are usually available within 48-72 hours in your GVP account and/or through the LSA Patient Portal. 
Email notification:  When your results are ready to view, an email will be sent to the email address that you used when signing up on the online scheduler. Follow the instructions in the email.
Didn’t receive an email?
If you did not receive an email within 72 hours of your test, please follow the instructions below.
  • Follow this link to the results portal
  • Click “View Results”
  • Click “I do not have an access code”
  • Input your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth
  • Choose the method that you would like to receive your access code
  • Email: This would be the email used on the online scheduler 
  • Phone: This would be the phone number used on the online scheduler 
  • You will be sent a text message with your access code
  • Click “Request Access Code”
  • Once you receive your access code, go back to the home screen
  • Click “View Results”
  • Input all information and click “Authenticate”

Accessing Test Results – Global Virus Pass
  • Once your results are completed, you will receive an email notification from GVP notifying you that your results are completed
  • Click on the link in the email to be brought to the GVP login page (
  • Log into your GVP account
  • On the left menu, click on “My Health” then “History”
  • All tests taken are shown including the results for each test. Click the magnifying glass icon to view a specific report.

Serving SRVUSD staff, students, and family members

SRVUSD has partnered with AGILE Force/LSA Labs to provide COVID testing to our staff, students, and families.
**Effective March 22, 2022, LSA Labs will not be accepting any uninsured patients. Current students and staff without insurance are able to test at no cost and all patients with insurance can continue to test at no cost to the individual. LSA Labs will continue to bill the individual’s insurance carrier as they have been doing throughout their partnership with us.

Tests are Antigen (Rapid) or PCR nasal swab.
PCR Test samples are sent overnight to the lab.  Results are available within 48 hours. But can take up to 72 hours.
Results will be sent via email from "Labsofamerica" or "GVP"
You can also check the status via the GVP app or website and the LSA portal (see side column)
