San Ramon Valley

Welcome to the School Trip Division of the Transportation Department.  Our goal is to provide safe, reliable and affordable transportation for all of our students.  Whether it be a trip to the Pumpkin Patch or a trip to Oregon, we will do our best to find the right bus, or buses, for your group.

Per district policy, all school sponsored trips or field trips requiring school bus or motor pool services shall coordinate with the Transportation Department and shall use school district buses or district approved charter services. (AR 3541.1)

 

Whenever possible, we will offer district buses as the first choice.  However, due to our commitment to Special Education Transportation, we are limited in the number of buses we can provide per day so they are offered on a first come, first served basis.  If a district bus is not available, we will make arrangements with one of the charter companies we have a relationship with.
