SELPA Community Advisory Committee
Purpose
Purpose
Purpose
The purpose of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is to improve and promote communication between schools, parents, and public agencies to increase community awareness, facilitate parent education and support, and coordinate activities on behalf of children with exceptional needs.
Members provide and assist in the development of parent information materials and awareness activities in our school district. Membership is composed of school district board-appointed parents, educators, and district staff. Topic presentations and/or meetings are held five times a year. Meetings are open to the public.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are hereby notified that the San Ramon Valley Unified School District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, at 6:00 p.m. at the Education Center, 699 Old Orchard Drive, Danville, CA 94526 to consider the SRVUSD Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Local Plan and Annual Service and Budget Plan for 2024-25.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend and will be heard. Written comments will be received and discussed at the time of the Public Hearing.
