Annual Update
The 2023-24 Annual Update has closed. The Portal Change Request Processor is now open, and can be used to request updates to your address, contact information or emergency contact information.
During the school year we hope you log on periodically to check your information in the Parent Portal. If something has changed, contact numbers, new or obsolete emergency contacts, etc., you can request the change through your parent portal. If you have moved and need to change your address, please save your verification of residency documentation as a PDF file and upload these documents as you submit a Portal Change Request via your Parent Portal account.
Don’t remember your user name or password? Did you set up your security questions and options? If so, you can recover this yourself. If not, please send an email to portalhelp@srvusd.net to have them help you out! Do this now to avoid delays in August!
Don’t have a portal account yet? Contact your student’s school office to receive your unique user key to set up an account. It’s fast and easy.
