Social Emotional Wellness

The SRVUSD has made mental wellness a priority as we increase our focus on social emotional learning. In Fall 2018, SRVUSD formed a Mental Wellness Task Force. This Task Force, with input from all stakeholder groups, recommended five initiatives. Since then, SRVUSD has opened a wellness center at each comprehensive high school, implemented elementary SEL programs, and added additional mental health support professionals (social workers, elementary counselors). Sandy Hook Promise and the Sanford Harmony Programs are still resources being utilized.

Rainbow Program

The Rainbow Program, a research based early intervention program, is available at all of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District Elementary School Sites.
