All Student athletes are required to register at AthleticClearance.com for their specific school and sport

Medical clearance and changes need to be updated annually.

Physicals are good one year from the date of the physical. Physical Forms a Dr. office stamp is required.

Always keep an extra copy of your physical at home. Please remember your log in information for future use.
